Matt Baker, P.E.
Matthew is a professional engineer with 18 years of experience. His experience covers every aspect of drinking water supply, treatment, and distribution system design. Matt is responsible for engineering activities at Cann-Tech, LLC. He reviews projects requiring engineering certification. Prior to joining the staff at Cann-Tech Matt was employed with Kentucky Division of Water, Drinking Water Branch where he was in charge of reviewing engineering plans and specifications.
Jason has 20 year of computer drafting and design experience in water, sewers, site development, aerial photography development, digitizing route mapping and general civil engineering design. He is experienced at water and sewer lines, pump stations and treatment plant design/drafting. Jason also provides resident project representation and construction administration and management. This enhances his design capabilities.

Julie has 25 plus years experience involving programs that relate to the waters of the Commonwealth. Knowledge: KPDES permitting program, water quality standards program, drinking water program, wastewater facilities construction program, enforcement program, operator certification program, floodplain program, dam safety program, groundwater program, complaints program and water withdrawal program. She gained her experience as administrative specialist for Kentucky Division of Water.
Larry Cann, Principal
Larry has over 35 years of experience covering every aspect of drinking water supply and distribution systems. Over the years, Larry has worked with over 75 of the utility companies all across the Commonwealth of Kentucky. He has served as Project Manager of more than 150 contracts totaling over $300 million.
Adam Scott, M.P.A
Adam has 15 years of experience in the water and wastewater industry, specifically with project development, project administration, and funding. Most recently, Adam worked for the Kentucky Infrastructure Authority, where he served in many roles, including Resource Analyst, Staff Assistant, and Secretary for the Board of Directors.
